These instructions should be read carefully and retained after installation by the end user for future reference and
maintenance.
These instructions should be used to aid installation of the following product:

SAFETY
•
Installation of this product should only be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person to the
latest Building and current IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
•
Please isolate mains prior to installation/maintenance
•
Check the total load on the circuit (including when this product and load is fitted) does not exceed the rating
of the circuit cable, fuse or circuit breaker
•
Please note the IP (Ingress of Protection) rating of this product when deciding the location for installation
•
This unit is rated at IP20
•
This product is Class II double insulated
INSTALLATION
Note: Avoid mounting this product in direct sunlight and near luminaires as this will cause sensing issues
•
Provide power to the required point of installation
•
Ensuring not to infringe with any joists, gas/water pipes or electrical cables
,
cut a hole as per the cut-out details
in Fig 1

Remove the 2 screws on the power module and remove the terminal cover
•
Using the grommet provided, feed the mains supply and luminaire cables into the power module
•
Ensuring correct polarity is observed terminate the mains supply, brown (L), blue (N)
•
Ensuring correct polarity is observed terminate the luminaire cables, (L’) switched live – brown, (N) neutral – blue

• Remove the 2 screws on the power module and remove the

• Using the grommet provided, feed the mains supply and
luminaire cables into the power module
Ensuring correct polarity is observed:
• terminate the mains supply - brown (L) and blue (N)
• terminate the lighting cables - (L’) switched live - brown, (N)
neutral - blue (see Fig 2)
Note: Avoid mounting this product in direct sunlight and close to luminaires as this will cause
sensing issues
