125 Calibration
Calibration Procedures
• Calibration by specifying the cell factor of the sensor used
• Zero calibration in air
• Calibration with calibration solution
• Input and adjustment of transfer ratio
• Adjustment of temperature probe
During calibration the device remains in the HOLD mode for reasons of safety.
A
Calibration is performed by entering the cell factor or by deter-
mining the cell factor with a known calibration solution taking
account of the temperature.
If measurements are performed in containers with A < 110 mm,
be sure to choose the same dimensions and the same container
material (metal/plastic) for calibration.
When another sensor is used, its transfer ratio must be entered
before calibration.
Calibration via PROFIBUS-PA is not provided.
NOTICE
All calibration procedures must be performed by trained personnel.
Incorrectly set parameters may go unnoticed, but change the measuring properties.
