Finally, in the field
Wait
the values 1 or 0 can be entered. For Wait = 1
the photometer will wait for an external start signal or for an operator
pressing 1 on the field
RUN
until this line will be performed. During
waiting the photometer is switched to the wait-status. If Wait is set to 0,
the program lines of the link are worked out continuously without any
pauses.
Part B in the figure is showing that programming step.

Editing a program link
Running program links
Before a program link can be executed, it has to be loaded. For this
purpose enter the desired link number in the Load Prog-field, e.g. 22 for
L2 and confirm by pressing any arrow key.
During the execution of a link the LINK menu is available in addition to
the common display. In the LINK menu the momentary status of the
running link is shown. Move cursor to the
Load Prog
-field and press

to enter this menu page. For more explanations refer to Fig. 11 on page
14.

Deleting Programs and Program Links
To delete a program or a link, it has to be loaded first. Entering 0 in the
Edit Prog and pressing a arrow key will produce the message
Delete
this program? Confirm by cursor
in the display. Pressing any arrow
key will delete the loaded program or link.
Pressing a numeric key or just waiting for 60 seconds without pressing
any key will abort the deletion process.
Wake Up-Program
The program # 30 is reserved for the Wake Up function, enabling the
start of the lamp or a wavelength program at a preset time or date. The
Wake Up function can be used e.g. for ensuring switch on and
preheating of the lamp after switching it off overnight. Editing program #
30 will show the following screen:
