Operation
BlueShadow Pump 40P Instructions V7613
Analog output
setup
Output of analog pump signals
to external devices by means of
the remote terminal strip:
Offset data entry for the ana-
log output.
Full Scale Voltage range opti-
ons: 1 V, 2 V, 5 V
Signal source
—
Pressure preset for the
output of the currently
measured pressure for
the purpose of external
recordings or control.
—
Slave B for the output of
a signal for controlling a
second pump.
—
HPG/LPG-A to HPG/
LPG-D
—
Disabled
Time constant OUT: Set the
time constant for analog
output to be used for signal
smoothing. The larger the
value of the selected time
constant, the stronger the
applied signal smoothing.
Analog input
setup
Note:
Before operating this con-
figuration, change to the Net-
work Configuration and set the
external communication port of
the pump to Analog (see Cntl.
Interface).
Configure the analog input of
the remote port for external flow
control:
Actual interpreted flow:
0.000 ml/min
Procedure: Set to Zero
Define an applied input
voltage as zero point with the
flow rate of 0.000 ml/min. If
a deviating positive control
voltage is applied, a resulting
flow rate at actually interpre-
ted flow, based on the basic
setting, is displayed:
—
1 ml corresponds to 1 V
for the 10 ml pump head
—
5 ml corresponds to 1 V
for the 50 ml pump head
