Water softening system
6.8.1 Removal
►
Remove left side panel
►
Loosen fastening nut for the water inlet on the tank ventilation.
►
Loosen water inlet
►
Disconnect electrical connections from the regeneration valve and,
if required, the reed switch
►
Unscrew fastening nut off the salt dispenser
►
Extract brine solution out of the storage container with a syringe
►
Place appliance on its rear panel
►
Unscrew base plate (if fitted)
►
Disconnect water inlet from the water softening system
►
Detach water softening system from the side of the base housing
6.8.2 Installation
Please note before and during installation
►
Place the seal on the filler neck of the salt dispen-
ser
►
Insert sealing rings into the plug-and-socket con-
nections
►
Insert water softening system into the base housing
►
Insert water inlet into the water softening system
►
Tighten fastening nut on the salt dispenser
►
Tighten fastening nut on the water inlet
►
Lock reed swicth into position and connect electrical connections
to the regeneration valvel and reed switch
Function of the safety switch
►
When installing the base plate, ensure that the
safety switch float is reconnected.
►
Attach base plate (if fitted)
►
Install appliance
►
Screw on side panel
