Radio receiver (only in conjunction with a Flashlight)
The Radio Sensor (SN-RF-xx-CAN-CS-KLAUS) is compatible with the IFFS series systems for KLAUS Multiparking
systems and operates on different radio frequencies (depending on the country of use). Connected to a Control
Unit, the sensor receives radio telegrams from the hand transmitters in the series, evaluates the telegrams and
sends the control data to the Control Unit. The radio protocol developed by IR systems is almost tap-proof due to
the use of AES encryption mechanisms and other security functionalities. The length of the connecting cable is
approx. 200 cm. The supplied antenna can be connected directly to the sensor. However, the antenna can also be
further away via an RF line, e.g. be mounted outdoors. For safety reasons, close the gate only in conjunction with a
flashlight.
Replacing a radio receiver does not require reconfiguration between the transmitter, receiver and MCU, since all
the handheld transmitter addresses are stored on the MCU.
Information
There are different antennas with appropriate frequency for the European and the American market,
recognizable by the grey (EU) and orange (UL) rings.
Bluetooth-receiver (only in conjunction with a Flashlight)
The Bluetooth sensor (SN-BT-CAN) is compatible with IFFS systems. Connected to a Control Unit, the sensor
receives Bluetooth telegrams from Bluetooth-enabled smartphones (app available for Android), evaluates the
telegrams and sends the control data to the Control Unit. The transmission protocol developed by IR systems is
protected by the use of AES encryption mechanisms and other security functionalities. The length of the connecting
cable is approx. 80 cm. For safety reasons, close the gate only in conjunction with a flashlight.
Replacing a Bluetooth receiver does not require reconfiguration between the transmitter, receiver and MCU as all
the handheld transmitter addresses are stored on the MCU
