Check software status.
► In the service menu on the "Firmware" page check the software versions of all sub-
distributors and the master. The software must be at least V1.3 on both. If this is not
the case, an update must be carried out (see chapter "Update instruction").
The status LEDs on all sub-distributor controllers must light up green.
The status LEDs on the master controller must light up green and orange.

If only the red LED lights up, then a fault is present in the master cabinet.
► Open the error log in the selection panel and check which fault is present.
The status LED on the master controller flashes orange.

The master controller has no configuration. Transfer the system configuration to the
master controller via the service menu on the selection panel (see chapter
"Transferring system configuration").
Check whether all pins on the bus cables are OK and not bent.
