TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the instructions below before contacting the manufacturer or
customer service.
The appliance does not start.
Make sure that the mains plug has
been correctly inserted into the socket.
Make sure that the components have
been assembled correctly.
Little yield when juicing.
Make sure that the rubber stopper on
the bottom of the chamber is snug
and tight against the chamber.
Fresh fruit produces the highest juice
yield.
The machine stops operation.
Check whether there is any food
residue in the appliance.
Check the food composition (e.g.
seeds) that could cause a blockage.
Press the REV button for 3 - 5 seconds
and then press the ON button. If the
unit still does not work, switch it off
and clean the chamber.
The appliance is making strange
noises during juicing.
It is normal for the appliance to
make a noise while squeezing fruit or
vegetables. Depending on the type
of ingredients. Hard ingredients (for
example, carrots, potatoes, beetroot,
radishes, etc.) can make louder noises
than soft ingredients.
