loose from the holder.
Remove the rear cover.
Secure the 'flame rod'
back in the holder.
The motor of the 'flame
rod' does not work.
Contact a technician.
The unit switches off and
cannot be switched on
again or the unit does
not switch on when
the ON/OFF button is
pressed.
The overheating protec-
tion has been activated.
Switch off the device,
pull the power plug out
of the socket and let the
device cool down for at
least 10 minutes.
The fuse in the house
has been tripped.
Reset the fuse.
The remote control does
not work.
The batteries are dead.
Replace the batteries in
the remote control.
Manual operation of the
unit must be activated
before the remote con-
