Stop making ice, refill water
and then press the ON/
OFF button to restart the ice-
making cycle.
The water reservoir

The water screen at the
bottom of the water reservoir
is blocked.
Clean the water reservoir.
Pump malfunction
Contact the costumer service.
Ice basket is full and the
infrared light is blocked by
the ice.
Remove the ice from ice
basket.
The ice basket full
indicator lights up.
The Infrared light-emitting
diode and the light-receiving
diode do not work.
Remove dirt from the diodes
and restart the appliance.
Contact the costumer service
if the diodes still do not work
after cleaning and restarting.
The ice tray is not in the right
position.
Check if the ice tray is
blocked.
The troubleshooting
indicator lights up.
Unplug the mains plug from
the socket. Plug it back in and
restart the appliance.
The ice collects
together.
Making ice takes too much
time.
