SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Children over the age of 8 and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or those with a lack of experience and knowledge may only use the
device if they are instructed on how to do so by a person responsible for their
safety, or if they are supervised and understand the hazards associated with the use
of the device.

Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance
must not be carried out by children without supervision.
•
Children under 3 years of age should be kept away from the appliance unless they
are under constant supervision.
•
Children aged 3 years and under 8 years should not switch the appliance on or off
unless it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and
they have been safely supervised or instructed and understand the risks involved.
Children aged 3 years and under 8 years should not connect the appliance to the
power supply, operate or clean the appliance or carry out maintenance work on
the appliance.
• Some parts of this appliance may become hot and cause burns. The presence of
children or persons in need of protection requires special attention.
• If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an
authorized dealer or a similarly qualified person.
• Do not cover the unit. Do not block the ventilation openings.
