Possible cause
Suggested solution
The unit does not cool
properly.
The doors or windows
weren't closed properly.
Make sure all doors and
windows are closed.
There are heat sources in
the room.
If possible, remove the
heat sources.
The exhaust hose has
not been connected or is
blocked.
Connect or clean the hose.
The temperature setting is
too high.
Reset the temperature
setting.
The air inlet is blocked.
Clean the air inlet.
The unit is very loud.
The floor of the site is not
level or flat enough.
If possible, place the unit
on a flat, flat surface.
The noise is caused by
the refrigerant circulating
inside the fan.
This is normal.
