General Operation
To use the countdown timer
The timer can be used any mode. If a countdown time has not been selected timer will automatically
count at one second intervals while mixing in the operating, the mixing will automatically stop to
work when the machine running to 15 minute.
1. Connect the mixer to the power supply. The display will show
and beep.
2. Press the Timer selector button
, the display will show
. Turn the Timer/Temperature
control until the desired time is displayed the time will count up in 1 minute intervals, and then
press the Timer/Temperature control to confirm. A maximum time of 1 hour can be set.
3. Turn the speed control button to the desired speed, the mixer will start and the timer will count
down in 1 second intervals. The mixer operation can be paused at any time by turning the speed
control button to the off ‘O’ position. This will also pause the timer. The timer will continue to
count down when the mixer is re-started. The mixer will automatically stop when the total time
has elapsed.
4. Press the Timer/Temperature reset button
. the time will automatically set to zero then we
can re-set the time.
Use the mixer to cook food
• Make sure the temperature sensors and external surface of the bowl base are clean. Failure to do
this will affect the heat sensor, resulting in poor heating performance.
• Check that all the outlet covers must be fitted.
• Always use oven gloves to remove the bowl and tools after heating.
• DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean the outside surface of bowl and DO NOT clean it by running
water. Clean the outside surface of the bowl by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can
be added if the outside surface of bowl is heavily soiled.
Assemble the mixer following the operating positions instructions:
1. Connect the mixer to the power supply. The display will show
and beep.
2. Press the Temperature selector button
, the display will show 0°C. Turn the Timer/Tempe-
rature control until the desired temperature is displayed the temperature will count up in 1°C
intervals, and then press the Timer/Temperature control to confirm. For bowl: Temperature set
range: 25-140°C.
3. Turn the speed control button to the desired speed, the mixer will start and heating. The mixer
operation can be paused at any time by turning the speed control button to the off ‘O’ position.
This will also pause the heating. The mixing will continue to heating when the mixer is re-started.
If the bowl temperature exceeds 60°C, for safety reasons the speed is automatically limited even if
a higher speed has been selected. The speed will not automatically increase when the temperature
drops below 60°C, The speed control button must be switched off first and the desired speed rese-
lected.
Pulse button
The pulse button
can only be used when the speed control button is in the off ‘O’ position.
To select pulse, press the pulse button and the mixer will run at maximum speed for as long as the
button is held in this position. If the bowl contents are above 60°C, the speed is automatically limited
