Choosing the correct Temperature
Tea
There are many kinds of tea leaves and each kind has its own taste that will be best attained at the
optimal water temperature and sleep time. The recommended temperature and sleep time per kind can
be found in the following table:

Cleaning and Maintenance
Remove the plug from wall outlet and let the appliance completely cool down before cleaning.
Clean the jug with a damp cloth, never immerse the in water. Never put the appliance in a dishwasher.
Make sure that the electrical connections do not become damp.
If the interior of the jug has become severely discolored, the best way to clean it is with a damp cloth
and a little dishwashing soda, after cleaning, rinse the jug very thoroughly.
Do not immerse power cord, kettle and base in water.
In order to maintain the outer surface, do not use abrasive cleaner to wipe the glass housing.
