* Do not let the appliance run too long when you chop (hard) cheese or chocolate. Otherwise these
ingredients become too hot, start to melt and turn lumpy.

USING THE BLENDER
* Do not operate the machine more than twice until it is cool down before next processing.
* Never open the lid when the blade rotates.
* To add liquid ingredients during processing, pour them into the blender jar through the hole in the lid.
* Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces before you process them.
* For a large quantity, pour small batches of ingredients instead of a large quantity in one time.
* Use cooked ingredients for a soup preparation.
* If a liquid that is hot or tends to foam (e.g. milk), do not put more than 1 litre in the blender jar to
avoid spillage.

If the result is not satisfied, switch off the appliance and stir the ingredients with a spatula.
Operation for Glass Jar:
1. Set the blade into Glass Blender Base
2. Fit the sealed ring into the Blender Base and ensuring the
sealed ring is located correctly In case any leaking.
3. Screw the glass jar into the Blender Base
4. Put your ingredients into the jug.
5. Cover the lid and Measuring Cup.
6. Place the Glass Jar onto the motor body unit and turn for lock.
7. Select a speed or use the pulse control.
8. Don’t move the jar, lid when the machine is working.
USING THE SHREDDER / SLICER / JULIENNE DISC
Use the Slicer Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, courgette, beetroot and onions.
Use the Julienne Disc
is for firm ingredients for salads, garnishes, casseroles and stir fries
French Fried Potato Julienne Disc is for Julienne style French fries potatoes;
Use the Shredding Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes and foods of a similar texture.
▲ Not allowed to continuously use more than 10 minute till motor is cool down with at least 30
minute before next operation. Pay attention on the container capacity. Once the food comes to
max line of container, need to stop operation and pour out the food from container.
▲ Switch on and push down evenly with the Pushers - never put your fingers in the feed tube.
