OPERATING THE CONSOLE
Displays and key functions
Press MODE to move to the next function (lower display line). The bottom line
of the display shows in order: STEPS, SCAN, PULSE, T.CNT, TIME and CAL.
STEPS (COUNT)
The pedometer is permanently visible in the upper display
line.
STEPS / MIN (RPM) Shows the steps per minute.
SCAN (SCAN)
The display switches automatically after 4 seconds
(bottom line).
PULSE (PUL)
Grasp the pulse sensors with both hands or press MODE
to activate the PULSE function. The currently measured
heart rate is shown in the lower display line. You can also
enter a target pulse: Press SET repeatedly to enter a pulse
between 40 and 240. When this heart rate is reached, 3
beeps are emitted. Press RESET to clear the target heart
rate setting.
