Step 5: Assembly of the leg curl and cushion
1. Fit the Back Cushion (21) to the Main Frame (03) using 2 x M8 x 65mm Hex Bolts (62)
and 2 x M8 Washers (52).
2. Connect the Front Support Frame (04) to the Front Base Frame(01) using M10 x 65
Hex Bolt (66), 2 x M10 Washers (53) and M10 Nylon lock Nut (57).
3. Connect the Seat Frame (08) to the Main Frame (03) and the Front Support Frame
(04) using 2 x M10 x 65 Hex Bolts (66), M10 x 60 Hex Bolt (65), 6 x M10 Washers (53)
and 3 x M10 Nylon lock Nuts (57).
4. Connect the Leg Extension Frame (05) to the Seat Frame (08) using M10 x 60 Hex Bolt
(65), 2 x M10 Washers (53) and M10 Nylon lock Nut(57).
5. Fit the Seat Cushion (20) to the Seat Frame (08) using 4 x M8 x15mm Hex Bolts (60)
and 4 x M8 Washers (52).
6. Insert the Foam Pipes(12) into the hole of the Leg Extension Frame(05), then attach
two Small Foam (33) to Foam Pipe (12).
7. Insert the Foam Pipes(12) into the hole of the Seat Frame (08), then attach two Small
Foam (33) to Foam Pipe (12).
