BLOCKING THE FRONT TIRES
For a stabile progress on the slope, block
the front tires with axle (12) Beta pin(13).
After adjusting the belt tension, verify the position of the control lever in neutral and start
the engine. Make sure that the belt quickly stops when the clutch control lever is relea-
sed. If this one does not stop quickly, adjust the belt guide and readjust the clutch cable.
The average effort on the forward clutch control lever has to be between 50 and 70 N (5
in 7 kg) by pressing in the central part of the control lever.

Stop the engine and disconnect spark plug wire and before performing any maintenance to
prevent accidental starting of engine.
To avoid fire, keep the engine free of grass, leaves, spilled oil or fuel.

FORWARD CLUTCH BELT AND WIRE ADJUSTMENT

Adjust the bend to become between 10 to
15 mm when push center of V-belt.
Remove the belt cover (18).
Keep the clutch lever (3) engaged, using a
rope.
Adjust the belt tension by acting on the ten-
sion nuts (14) of the cable at the level of the
handlebars.

pivot and put the Beta pin (13).

The brush cutter
After each use, clean the cutting shield carefully and remove any plant debris from the motor. Check the flails. They must always be kept
sharp for the cleanest cut possible and to keep your brush cutter efficient.
Attention:
if you replace the blades, make sure that they remain perfectly balanced. Finally, after every 25 hours’ use, oil the bearings
and the front axles. Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tight.
