○  Remove upper cover(1) and flue tube cover(2) shown by arrows 

by turning counterclockwise. Then, check the flue tube surface.(clogged or not)   

And then clean up flue tube section(3) with a brush for exclusive use. 

It would reduce fuel cost and enhance performance.
