Optimal handling and overloading protection
To reach an optimal result we recommend to keep the following guide-lines.
Roller height 120 – 60 mm: max. 30 mm in one step
Roller height 60 – 30 mm:
max. 15 mm in one step
Roller height 30 – 0 mm:
max. 5 mm in one step
Watch out: the drive needs the minimal power by rolling. This leads to larger roll steps as
above mentioned. Then with overload the gearwheel can skip in the drive gear bar!
In any case choose small steps that you do not overstrain the overloading protection.
Safety tips
The use of the product prescribes the use of homogenous mixtures which are not
dried/hardened.
Do not use lever extensions or similar by using the hand wheel.
Bolt the roller driver after the working process against unauthorized utilization.

We grant three years guarantee with proper use.

Maintenance and Care
With strong utilization the gear bar drive should be greased from time to time. All other
components are maintenance free.
Clean the roller with a damped cloth. Do not use solvent or metal objects for mechanic
cleaning. Additional linen cloths are available from your
