Breakfast Sandwich Maker
Ham, Cheese and Swiss croissant
1 small croissant, split
1 slice precooked ham
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 large egg
Method
•
Preheat the Breakfast Sandwich Maker the green light will come on when unit is heated to the
correct temperature.
•
Place half of the bagel in the bottom ring of the Breakfast Sandwich Maker (croissant split side
up).
•
Top the bagel with cheese and the precooked ham.
•
Lower cooking plate and top ring. Crack your egg onto the cooking plate. Top this with the
remaining croissant half (split side down).
•
Close the cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Do not push down on the cover it should rest on top
of the croissant.
•
Rotate the cooking plate handle clockwise unit it stops.
•
Lift the ring assembly and carefully remove the sandwich with a plastic spatula.
NOTE: Use handles to lift and close cover and rings. Always use an oven mitt to protect hand
when opening cover. Hot surfaces and escaping steam may cause scalding.
