15-2 回転軸駆動モータ
15-2-1 取外し
モータ交換の際等、モータを取外す必要がある場合には
下記の要領で行って下さい。
（Fig.13 参照）
1）潤滑油を回転軸潤滑油排油口より抜きます。（外形図参
照）
2）カバー⑦を外します。
3）ストッパ用六角ボルト⑧を緩めます。
4）モータ④を固定している六角穴付ボルト⑤を外します。
5）モータ④を持ち上げるようにゆっくりとモータ④を外しま
す。
15-2-2 取付け
1）取付面（モータ④）と O リング溝を清掃して下さい。
2）O リング②を取付けて、上記取外しと逆の手順でモータ
④を取付けて下さい。
3）取付け後、11-1 項に従い平歯車⑥のバックラッシを調整
して下さい。
取付けの際は、平歯車⑥を清掃し、ゴミ等が付着していな
いことを確認した後、平歯車⑥が傷つかないように慎重に
行って下さい。
モータ④を取付ける場合には、O リング②が損傷しないよう
に慎重に取付けて下さい。O リング②が損傷しますと、潤滑
油がモータケース内に浸入する恐れがあります。
コネクタ①は 16-2 項に従い、取付けて下さい。また、コネク
タ③はピンの接触不良の無いようにしっかりと取付け、ケー
ブルが折れたり、潰れたりしないようにして下さい。
15-2 Rotating axis drive motor
15-2-1 To remove drive motor
When replacing the motor, remove the motor according to
the following procedure. (See Fig.13.)
1) Drain lubrication oil from the rotating axis lub. oil drain
port. (See the outline drawing.)
2) Remove the cover ⑦.
2) Loosen hexagon bolt for stopper ⑧.
4) Remove hexagon socket head cap screws ⑤ which fix
the motor ④.
5) Remove the motor ④ slowly, raising it.
15-2-2 To mount drive motor
1) Clean mounting face (motor ④) and O-ring groove.
2) Mount the O-ring ② and mount the motor ④ by the
reverse procedure as the above removing.
3) After mounting the motor, adjust the backlash of spur
gears ⑥ according to item 11-1.
Mount the motor to the spur gear ⑥ carefully after
cleaning so that the spur gears are not damaged.
When mounting the motor ④, take extreme care so that
O-ring ② is not damaged because lubrication oil may
enter into the motor case.
Connect the connector ① according to item 16-2.
Connect the connector ③ securely so that the pin does
not cause contact failure, and also cables are not bent or
crushed.
