4-1. Attachment of soft jaw
Use the most appropriate soft jaw considering the shape, dimension, material, and surface
roughness of the work and the cutting conditions, etc.

Be sure to use the chuck at the above permissible protruding range (Table 4).
If exceeded the above range, the engaged part strength between the jaw and
scroll becomes insufficient, thus scattering the chuck jaw or work and
resulting in danger.
