Switch off the product, wait until the product cools down and replace the lamp.
The odor with the new product.
This is normal appearance, the parts of product include some resin material parts
which will produce odor, it is not product fault, you can safely use.
The product does not run.
Please check if the power cord connects with the socket with the correct voltage.
And check if the air switch on the back turns on.
The setting temperature doesn’t match the display temperature.
It need a period to reach set temperature after start heating and temperature sensor
has 1-2℃ error in running. The interior temperature sensor will adjust the tempera-
ture automatically within 2 seconds when the temperature error happen in running.
The difference of the running environment may also cause relevant temperature error.
The best working temperature is 15℃-25℃.

4. Filter Component Structure
Remove the hair and dust on filter regularly.
Please use vacuum cleaner to clean the filter after use.
Please install the filter component after it totally dries up.
The filter components should be changed per 3-6 mouths.
Change the Phytoncide and oxygen box per 2-3 mouths.
