Troubleshooting Bevel Gears Mesh:
When the abnormal transmission of mesh of bevel gear of sound is confirmed, stop the
machine and check as follows:
1. Clearance adjustment of mesh of angel gear in
gear-box ( See Figure 10)

When lateral clearance of mesh of the gear

0.05mm, we should put some vulcanized
paper to enlarge the clearance between the
gear-box and the traveling box.
b)
When lateral clearance of mesh of the gear

0.3mm,we should reduce the clearance to
0.05-0.10 mm between the bearings and gear
