For Australia and New Zealand:

Warranty Period: Five (5) years from date of Purchase.

How to Obtain Service: Your proof of purchase is required to receive warranty 

service. If the Product fails during normal and proper use within its warranty 

period, return the Product to your place of purchase for replacement or refund. If 

your place of purchase is no longer trading contact the Support Centre.

 

The return of your product will result in loss of any user-generated data. It 

includes, but not limited to, for example: music, photos, videos, and other 

electronic documents.  Please ensure you have made a back-up copy of any data 

saved on your product.

 

Consumer Guarantees (Australia only)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the 

Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

•  to cancel your service contract with us; and

•  to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced 

value. 

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with 

goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, 

you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not 

done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for 

the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be 

compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure 

in the goods or service.

This Warranty is not intended to and does not limit your rights with respect to 

the Consumer Guarantees (in Australia) or Consumer Guarantees Act (in New
