• if you need cross a steep slope,
do not steer uphill, but slow down
and take a wide turn. always drive
straight up or down a slope, never
across it. When travelling up or
down a slope, keep the heavy end
of the tractor and the implement
pointed uphill.

• When driving across a slope with
mounted implements, keep such
implements on the uphill side. do
not raise implements. keep them
as low and near to the ground as
possible.
Tg2O109a
• avoid crossing steep slopes if pos-
sible. if you must do so, avoid any
holes or depressions on the down-
hill side. avoid any stumps, rocks,
bumps or raised areas on the uphill
side.
