View and dial out phone numbers from phonebook
There are 80 phonebook memories; each memory can store 12 characters and 24 digits.
Enter the Menu:
Press MENU/SELECT key and use

or
▼
and select “PHONEBOOK’’
Then press MENU/SELECT key and “LIST’’ will display. Press MENU/SELECT
to confirm the entry and the number will be shown on LCD.
Press

▼
key to select desired number.
When selected number is shown on LCD, press
key XXX or pick up the handset to
dial out.
Review 10 last dialed numbers and redial
The unit can record maximum 10 outgoing numbers
Press

key in the stand-by mode and use

key to view last 10 dialed numbers.
When the desired phone number is selected, press
key once or pick up the
handset to dial out
Memory full
The memory capacity of phone book for contact information is 80 that contain name and phone
number. If the memory capacity of phone book is full and more contact information is added, a
message of “MEM IS FULL” will be presented to the user on LCD display.
Intercom
The intercom is activated by pressing the
key:
In on-hook mode.
Press
key and the registration number of all registered pendants will show on the
LCD display, select one of the pendants that is to be connected by pressing
corresponding number key.
The destination pendant will ring with the melody defined for internal call.
Press the pendant red button to accept the call.
Once the internal call is connected, the white light will keep blinking on the top
of the pendant.
To end intercom mode, either hang up in base unit or pendant.
