STEP-I
Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood.
NOTE:
During assembly of the furniture please match all joints with the corresponding
letters or numbers stamped on the furniture.
STEP-II
Carefully lay down the END FRAME with the stamped numbers or letters
on it and fit the SEAT & BACK tenons into the END FRAME mortise
holes as shown in the assembly photograph. If necessary, gently rock the
SEAT & BACK while pushing the tenons into place until the joints fit
snugly together (use a rubber mallet to drive the joints together if
necessary).
STEP-III
Fit the remaining END FRAME mortise holes over and onto all exposed
tenons. Using a rubber mallet or regular hammer with a wood block
between the hammer and the wood, drive the tenons and mortise holes
until all the joints fit snugly together.
