STEP 11a.

Insert temperature indicator (7) stem
through hole in grill lid.  Secure with
wing nut (K).

Note: 

Serrated washers are

designed to “dig” into metal pin and
may be difficult to attach.

STEP 11b.

Insert alignment pins on back of
logo plate through two holes above
temperature gauge.  Slide serrated
washers onto each alignment pin as
shown in figs. 1 and 2.

STEP 12.

Position adjustable charcoal rack
lifter (21) on charcoal rack (8) as
shown in Figure E.

Repeat step on opposite end.

Note:

Attach both ends of lid handle

before fully tightening hex flange
nuts.

STEP 9.

Attach lid handle (17) by inserting
bolts (I) through predrilled holes in
handle.  Slide handle spacers (H)
onto bolts then attach to lid using
hex flange nuts (B) to secure.

STEP 10.

Insert smoke stack (6) from inside of
grill lid.  Secure with bolt (A) and hex
flange nut (B).
