1. Adjust the opening diameter of the collect to its minimum by moving the small wheel
counterclockwise. Do the same with the conical wheel.
On a workbench, place the clutch over the pressure plate. Then, insert the collect into their
center hole.
● The function of this tool set 9AK11 is to align the plates prior to installing the automotive clutch.
● This set comes with three collets in different sizes.
● Choose and install the appropriate collet, according to the diameter of the hole in the center of
the clutch plate.
● To change collects, disassemble the small wheel and the center screw.
● After assembling the appropriate collect, replace the small wheel and center screw.

OPERATION
2. Tighten the small wheel to expand the collect to its maximum. Turn then the conical
wheel clockwise to bring both plates together.
3. Turn both plates over. Slide the plates sideways until their edges become parallel.
Tighten the conical wheel a bit further to keep both plates firm.
4. Install both plates on the flywheel, tightening their screws crosswise.
Once the clutch assembly is complete, remove the tool by turning the
conical and the small wheels counterclockwise.
