5. Attach support brackets to the base using hex. bolts and 

washers. Do not tighten at this point. Insert hanger brackets
(A) between the supports brackets and the dust filters. Align
the holes and secure with hex. bolts, washers and nuts. Use two
washers per bolt on both the inside and outside of the dust
filter. Tighten all support bolts. (Fig.5).

6. Thread a lower hanger into an upper hanger. Attach upper

hanger bracket hook to a filter bag loop found on the top of the
filter bag. Place the hanger into the the hanger bracket. Slide a
retainer strap through the keepers of the filter bag and attach to
the dust filter. Repeat this step for the other filter bag. (Fig.6).

7. Slide a retainer strap through the keepers of the collector bag

and attach to the dust filter. Repeat this step for the other
collector bag.  (Fig.7).
