Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible solution
No audio
1. Check the cabels.
2. Did you select the right input?
3. Encrease the volume by using the key.
4. Does the source playback audio ?
No audio, when the TV is
connected using the optical
cable (Toslink).
1. Activate the optical out of TV.
2. Remove the plastic covers from the plugs.
3. Check the cable.
4. Choose audio in PCM or stereo audio format.
5. Did you select the right input?
6. Encrease the volume by using the key.
No Bluetooth connection
1. Select Bluetooth input.
2. Make sure that the soundbar is ready for paring/connection.
(White LED is flashing fast)
3. Make sure that the soundbar isn't connected to another device already.
Soundbar can only mange one connection at a time.
4. Check the soundbar in another environment, to make sure that there's no
disturbing source in your environment.
5. Try to connect another device, to exclude your device as source of the
problem.
IR remote doesn't work
6. Please check whether that there are batteries in the remote and the polarity is
correct. (The correct orientation is printed on the inside of the cover.)
7. The working distance is about 6 - 8 m in line of sight.
8. Direct sunlight or neon tube could interfere with the IR light of the remote,
protect the soundbar from direct light.
Sound quality isn't good or
volume is low
1. Make sure that the level of our source is strong enough.
2. Connect another source device to exclude it as source of the problem.
3. The soundbar has been designed for small rooms when using it in larger
rooms volume seems to be too low.
Audio isn't synchron with the
video
Activate (lip) sync function on your display or choose another signal type.
Display and soundbar are
playing back audio at the same
time
.
Deactivate the audio out fo your screen. Please check the manual of your TV for
details.
