nance on the product, and so on.

Communication Interface Manual (PDF)
This manual explains how to control the product remotely
using commands. It is included on the CD-ROM.
The interface manual is written for readers with sufficient
basic knowledge of how to control measuring instruments
using a PC.
PDF files are included in the accompanying CD-ROM.
You can view the PDF files using Adobe Reader 6.0 or later.
