PROG:EDIT:PHAS:UW
Sets the U-W phase difference of the sequence step.
Use PROG:EDIT:PHAS:RAMP to set the phase signal change.
This command is valid for three-phase output.

OFF(0) Disables U-W phase difference control (default)
