5 Mounting and dismounting
3. If necessary, prepare the cable for electrical connec-
tion (see Chapter 4: „Technical data", page 21) .
5.4.2 Mechanical mounting
1. Place the new pull-rope emergency stop switch on
the substructure. Ensure that the installation position
is correct
(see Section 4.7: „Installation location and
installation position", page 30) .
2. Apply a suitable threadlock product to the screws.
3. Fix the pull-rope emergency stop switch to the sub-
structure using two suitable screws and washers
inserted through the oblong holes (
13 ) (see Fig. 5-
2) .
Penetration of dirt and moisture!
Only use cables with approved cable cross-sections,
otherwise dirt and moisture can penetrate the device
and damage it. The approved cable cross-sections are
specified in
Chapter 4: „Technical data“, page 21 .
