A:
Measure 6” up from the top of the Rockwall and center 1 Hand Grip on each side. Pre-drill, then attach Hand
Grips with 2 (WL3) 1/4 x 1- 3/8” Wafer Lags (with flat washer) per Hand Grip. (fig. 24.1 and 24.3)
B:
Measure 6” up from the Access Ladder and place 2 more Hand Grips so they are flush to the edges of the
opening. Pre-drill, then attach using 2 (WL3) 1/4 x 1-3/8” Wafer Lags (with flat washer) per Hand Grip. (fig. 24.2
and 24.3)
Note: Pre-drill all holes using a 1/8” drill bit before installing the Wafer Lags
