NOTE:
Once the two pieces of the plastic bin are connected, mechanism is permenant. Do not attempt to separate the two pieces once assembled.
Pull up Part E with one hand an and push down Part D at the
same time until the two partslock. Make sure that the six “U”
hooks have been securely locked
