Repair & Replacement Instructions

Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise 
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be  
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after  
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts 
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

Press-In Glide Replacement 

(metal leg only)

1. Place chair upside down onto a 

soft, protective surface.

2. Using a putty knife, pry up on the 

glide edge until it is free  

(Figure 1). 

3. Once glide its removed, press in 

the new replacement glide and 

lightly tap in with a rubber mallet 

Figure 2).

Nail-In Glide Replacement 

(wood leg only)

1. Place chair upside down onto a 

soft, protective surface.

2. Using a putty knife, pry up on the 

glide edge until it is free  

(Figure 1). 

3. Once glide its removed, center the 

new replacement glide on bottom 

of leg and lightly tap in with a 

rubber mallet Figure 2).

Threaded Glide Replacement 

(wood leg only)

1. Place chair upside down onto a 

soft, protective surface.

2. Grip glide with hand and turn 

counter clockwise to loosen. 

Once loose, un-thread the glide 

from the leg (Figure 1). 

3. Once glide its removed, thread in 

the new replacement glide in to 

the threaded hole clockwise until 

it is tight (Figure 2).
