Repair & Replacement Instructions
Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
Back Cushion Replacement
1. Using steps 1-4 on previous
page, remove the seat cushion
(Figure 1).
2. With the seat cushion removed,
the back cushion hex screws will
be revealed (Figure 1).
3. Using the appropriate socket size,
remove the two back cushion hex
screws and washers (Figure 1).
4. Next, the back cushion can be
lifted away from the chair by
pulling up vertically. There are
z-brackets on the back side of the
cushion and on the chair frame to
help keep it attached (Figure 2 &
Detail A).
5. To install the new cushion, lower
it down onto the chair with the
z-brackets facing the chair frame.
Make sure the z-brackets engage
with each other (Figure 2 &
Detail A.
6. Align the chair and cushion screw
holes and re-install the hex
screws and washers previously
removed in Figure 1.
