* Note: Drip rack

   The drip rack is designed for draining fats and oil to the bottom of the frying pot. Please ensure the drip 
    rack is placed properly inside the frying pot.

Meat, fish, french fries

Drip rack

Extra fat/ oil/ grease will drip
to the bottom of the pan, 
to reduce the fat intake.

The drip rack keeps a gap between 
the food and the bottom of the 
pot, to enable better hot air 
circulation and cooks more evenly.

The air fryer oven comes with an overheating safeguard installed. The safeguard is activated once the temperature
reaches its threshold. If this happens, you need to cool down the appliances based on the following steps:

1. Shut down the appliance by turning both the temperature dial and timer dial all the way to the left. Remove the 
     plug from the socket.
2. Allow the appliance ample time to cool down.

Temperature and Time Setting

To turn the air fryer oven on, turn the temperature control dial and time control dial to required setting. The air fryer 
oven will start working.

Adjusting temperature:

1. Turn the temperature control dial to the required temperature scale according to the recipe provided. The 
     temperature setting range of this appliance is 80°C – 200°C (Max 200°C, Min 80°C).

For better cooking outcomes, it is suggested to always preheat the item. When the appliance is at room 
temperature, you can let the appliance to preheat without any ingredients inside and set the temperature to 
190°C for 3 minutes.

To increase temperature, 
turn clockwise

To decrease temperature, turn 
anti-clockwise
