USA19 - If you have a Keyspan USB PDA Adapter,
model number USA-19, the Blackberry Desktop
Manager v2.1 is not able to communicate with
Keyspan USB PDA Adapter with the model number of
USA-19 due to a bug in the Desktop Manager. The
currently shipping models of the Keyspan USB PDA
Adapter *USA-19Q, USA-19Qi) are compatible. If you
have the USA-19 model, please contact Keyspan tech
support for further details.
Modems (serial)
USA19/Q, USA19W/QW, USA19H,
USA49W/LC - If you are running Windows 98,
Windows 98 SE, or Windows Me, you will have to add
"
AT&C0
" to your modem initialization string. This is not
necessary on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
