Service Information
Troubleshooting the Switches and Switch Driver Board
Turn the instrument power on. Verify the condition of each of the switching paths by issuing
commands to switch each of the paths. Verify each of the RF paths connections. If an RF path
is not connected to the necessary port or terminated in 50
Ω
. Check the 24 Vdc, 3A fuse in the
board and for proper bias voltages on the switch. If the voltages are correct replace the switch.
If the voltages are not correct, replace the Attn/Switch driver board.
