Test Instrument Setup
M8020A J-BERT Setup
• An M8020A J-BERT is required. It internally generates de-emphasis
and all necessary distortions (interference) without any further
instruments.
•
If an M8020A S02 option is installed, the Interactive Training
Method is available.
• A NetIo230B Power Switch can be used to power- cycle the DUT
automatically.

types and data rate.
