a For the user calibration select an electrical calibration as
made according to the procedure given in “Electrical
calibration for single-ended measurements” on page 75.
This calibration must have the same network analyzer
settings as you are using to measure your DUT.
This will only be used for the “user calibration”
measurements. Afterwards the LCA returns to the
original electrical calibration for the DUT measurements.
The currently used calibration is preselected.
b Select “Reduce IFBW for user calibration measurement” to
reduce noise on the user calibration data. The default
bandwidth reduction factor is set in the file
LCAConfig.xml.

d When asked whether you want to save the data
• If you can use this calibration data again, click

give your calibration data file a name, and save it.
If you want to save the complete LCA setup, make sure to
select “Also save the LCA Settings” . See “Saving and
Loading Setups” on page 61 for more information about
LCA setups.
