Description
The command writes a value at an arbitrary address in the DPU FPGA.
DPUA
Selects DPU A for write or read.
DPUB
Selects DPU B for write or read.
<address>
The address in the DPU FPGA.
<value>
The value to be written at the address in the DPU FPGA.

The query reads a value at an arbitrary address in the DPU FPGA.
