An Empty Frequency List
3.
Press Insert Row Below.
4.
Press the highlighted row under
Freq
, enter the
frequency value in the table and terminate it using
the unit menu.
You do not need to enter the frequency values in
ascending order, as the analyzer continually sorts
the values into ascending order.
5.
Repeat step 3 and 4 until your list is complete.
The frequency data is stored in comma separated
value (.csv) format. It is sometimes more
convenient to use a text editor to edit or enter this
data rather than to enter the data manually using
the analyzer. Start by saving at least one value to
memory, and then edit or add to the saved file.
6.
Save the Frequency List to the analyzer internal
memory.
If you do not save the frequency list, you may lose
the data.
To create a frequency list from sweep points, press
FREQ
,
Edit Frequency
List
,
Fill Using Start and Stop Freq
. This clears the current frequency list
and fills the list with the frequencies generated by the swept frequency
mode. This results in the same frequency list as setting
Frequency Mode
to
Swept
. You can use this list as a starting point, and then edit the
frequencies as required.
