Keysight B1507A is equipped with the following measurement resources.
• “GNDU - Ground Unit”
• “MPSMU - Medium Power SMU”
• “HVSMU - High Voltage SMU”
• “MFCMU - Multi Frequency CMU”

GNDU - Ground Unit
The ground unit (GNDU) is a 0 V constant voltage source, and used for the
reference of measurement ground. Also the GNDU can sink up to ±4.2 A, so it is
effective for using MPSMU or HVSMU. Figure 1-1 is a simplified circuit diagram
of GNDU.
