Instrument Specification
Specifications are the performance characteristics of the instrument that
are certified. These specifications, listed in
are the performance standards or limits against which the Keysight
81663A DFB Laser Source Module can be tested. The specifications also
list some supplemental characteristics of the Keysight 81663A DFB Laser
Source Module. Supplemental characteristics should be considered as
additional information.
Any changes in the specifications due to manufacturing changes, design,
or traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology
(NIST), will be covered in a manual change supplement, or revised manual.
Such specifications supersede any that were previously published.
