Your CardioMax 560 is equipped with a programmable monitor to help you track your progress and motivate
you to reach your fitness goals.

CONSOLE BUTTONS:

START/STOP:

Used to start or stop your exercise session.

RESET:

Used to reset function values to 0. Also used to during exercise session to go back to main screen and restart
selection, setting process.

RECOVERY:

Used to enter the Pulse Recovery Program.

MODE:

In Program Mode this button is used to select a program.

UP/DOWN:

Used to scroll thru programs.
Used to increase/decrease function values.
